Abstract:In the era of big data, a large amount of unstructured text data springs up every day. Entity linking involves relating the mentions found in the texts to the corresponding entities, which stand for objective things in the real world, in a knowledge base. This task can help computers understand semantics in the texts correctly. Although there have been numerous approaches employed in research such as this, some challenges are still unresolved. Most current approaches utilize neural models to learn important features of the entity and mention context. However, the topic coherence among the referred entities is frequently ignored, which leads to a clear preference for popular entities but poor accuracy for less popular ones. Moreover, the graph-based models face much noise information and high computational complexity. To solve the problems above, the paper puts forward an entity linking algorithm derived from the asymmetric graph convolutional network and the contextualized semantic relevance, which can make full use of the neighboring node information as well as deal with unnecessary noise in the graph. The semantic vector of the candidate entity is obtained by continuously iterating and aggregating the information from neighboring nodes. The contextualized relevance model is a symmetrical structure that is designed to realize the deep semantic measurement between the mentions and the entities. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can fully explore the topology information of the graph and dramatically improve the effect of entity linking compared with the baselines. Keywords: symmetry and asymmetry; collaborative computing; entity linking; graph convolutional network; distilled BERT; contextualized semantic relevance

Translation distance based knowledge graph embedding (KGE) methods, such as TransE and RotatE, model the relation in knowledge graphs as translation or rotation in the vector space. Both translation and rotation are injective; that is, the translation or rotation of different vectors results in different results. In knowledge graphs, different entities may have a relation with the same entity; for example, many actors starred in one movie. Such a non-injective relation pattern cannot be well modeled by the translation or rotation operations in existing translation distance based KGE methods. To tackle the challenge, we propose a translation distance-based KGE method called SpaceE to model relations as linear transformations. The proposed SpaceE embeds both entities and relations in knowledge graphs as matrices and SpaceE naturally models non-injective relations with singular linear transformations. We theoretically demonstrate that SpaceE is a fully expressive model with the ability to infer multiple desired relation patterns, including symmetry, skew-symmetry, inversion, Abelian composition, and non-Abelian composition. Experimental results on link prediction datasets illustrate that SpaceE substantially outperforms many previous translation distance based knowledge graph embedding methods, especially on datasets with many non-injective relations. The code is available based on the PaddlePaddle deep learning platform
This paper introduces the task of visual named entity discovery in videos without the need for task-specific supervision or task-specific external knowledge sources. Assigning specific names to entities (e.g. faces, scenes, or objects) in video frames is a long-standing challenge. Commonly, this problem is addressed as a supervised learning objective by manually annotating faces with entity labels. To bypass the annotation burden of this setup, several works have investigated the problem by utilizing external knowledge sources such as movie databases. While effective, such approaches do not work when task-specific knowledge sources are not provided and can only be applied to movies and TV series. In this work, we take the problem a step further and propose to discover entities in videos from videos and corresponding captions or subtitles. We introduce a three-stage method where we (i) create bipartite entity-name graphs from frame-caption pairs, (ii) find visual entity agreements, and (iii) refine the entity assignment through entity-level prototype construction. To tackle this new problem, we outline two new benchmarks SC-Friends and SC-BBT based on the Friends and Big Bang Theory TV series. Experiments on the benchmarks demonstrate the ability of our approach to discover which named entity belongs to which face or scene, with an accuracy close to a supervised oracle, just from the multimodal information present in videos. Additionally, our qualitative examples show the potential challenges of self-contained discovery of any visual entity for future work. The code and the data are available on GitHub.
The clip has been taken from the movie named The Entity which was released in 1981. She was also fucked by the invisible thing which she was not able to recognize. She showed her full nude body including her pussy too covered with her pubic hairs.
The FDC requires information about how your entity received and spent money over the past year. The FDC distributes general funds, so your entity is not required to use funds exactly as outlined in the proposal. While line-item expenses will not be examined, the FDC and movement wants to understand why the entity spent money in the way it did. If variance in budgeted vs. actual is greater than 20%, please provide explanation in more detail. This helps the FDC understand the rationale behind any significant changes. Note that any changes from the Grant proposal, among other things, must be consistent with the WMF mission, must be for charitable purposes as defined in the grant agreement, must be reported to WMF, and must otherwise comply with the grant agreement. The WMF mission is \"to empower and engage people around the world to collect and develop educational content under a free license or in the public domain, and to disseminate it effectively and globally.\" 153554b96e
